Covid Waiver provided at check in
Organic Farm TEAM Summit
March 5 & 6, 2021
Covid19 and Mask Policy
We understand that these are uncertain times and there is a lot of concern about illness. We want to assure you that our show committee is committed to following the CDC guidelines for events and shows. We would be happy to discuss any concerns you might have. For those concerned with attending in person please see our tieketing page for updates on virtual attendance options.
Masks are highly recommended, especially when not seated at assigned areas.
It is our goal to not only put on an excellent organic farm summit, but to also take great care to keep our exhibitors, volunteers and families well. We respectfully request that as an attendee of the show we all watch out for one another. We know each will do their best to keep everyone well by washing hands & social distancing. Our warehouse is over 20,000 square feet allowing for fresh air flow and social distancing.
The state of South Dakota does not have a mandate for masks in enclosed places and where social distancing cannot be accomplished. We ask you as an individual to make an educated decision about where and when masks are appropriate for use. In addition to our normal entries, everyone who comes on to the Organic Farm Summit will be required to sign a waiver that acknowledges the risks. If you are bringing children younger than 18 to help you show who are not your own, we would request you print off the forms and have their parent / guardian sign the waiver. This is a necessary formality in these times and we appreciate your cooperation.
We are looking forward to the show and are anticipating a wonderful weekend! We are so thankful for your support and participation!
